    Litle Gem, Little Haven.
    Breakfast buffet is good and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
    The bread and tea at breakfast could have been better quality and the check out time seemed a little early.

    Great value for money in really good location
    Location perfect, big rooms, car park included well worth money, staff great!
    Noise from other room didnt get much sleep. Really strong smoking smell coming through to my room. Wasnt pleasant. Suspected it was other room, really strong in bathroom. Think they were smoking in other room.

    Christmas break with family not as good as it used to be.
    It is in a great place right by the sea and the river. The rooms are warm and some of the cleaners are excellent. Breakfast is good but too early considering the majority of guests are pensioners like us.
    It has changed hands since we were last there and it is noticeable. Prices are high, corners have been cut on staffing, WiFi doesnt work. TV remote didnt work in 93 year old mother-in-laws room and staff attitude was poor. Accessible room did not have walk in shower but a bath, which was no use for a 93 year old.

    Location was great, hotel rooms were nice and cozy. Loads of hot water. Breakfast was really good. With only one floor you were near the reception so not far to walk, handy if you struggle with mobility.
    The room we had was above the bar so people were out smoking in early hours keeping us awake don't think they realised how much noise they made. No other problems.

    very nice experience.
    The location of this hotel is amazing especially if you pay extra for a room with a view. Very convenient for visiting family
    The shower in our room (207) did not work properly. Pillows quite hard. The restaurant could be open longer hours in the morning, 8.45 am is very early when you are on holiday as I would imagine most people are who are staying there.

    looks like someone had been lying on top of the bed ??? breakfafast nice,location was fine been before. would sugest a fridge in rooms
    breakfast times could be a little longer say 9.30 and check out 12 oclock

    Good customer service as normal.
    There are a lot of notices all around the reception to say about payment of Car Park. This in now the main message that you see when you walk in which I think is very distracting from the main Hotel message and in my opinion makes it look a lower value Hotel. They were even on the doors as you walked in. It also caused a longer delay when checking in as there were a few people checking in at the same time and some people took longer to fill it in the details on the electronic tablets so even though if you are staying, you currently don't need to pay, it did distract from a better experience previously.
