Very good

Beautiful apartment, all you need, even for a longer stay. Located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, but still walkable distance to SoCo (15-20 min) and downtown.

Check-in process is rather inconvenient (photos of passports, signing rental agreement) since there is no front desk. It's worth it for a longer stay, but if you want to stay just a few nights it's probably easier to take a motel or else.

Awesome, classy, affordable, safe, centrally located

I rarely leave reviews but made a point this time - the property is very close to everything and downtown. The neighborhood is great, established, shady, and quiet. The house had such a great flair with mid-century modern touches. I had everything I needed and a cool private enclosed yard patio for my pooch plus full yard beyond that. The shower hose developed a leak and was quickly fixed by a very pleasant gentleman. Also, the home was impeccably clean and updated. I am surprised that this home was so affordable. I am traveling back to Austin soon and hope to stay there again. Thank you so much! Kim O

Cute, older duplex with a modern & fresh remodeling. Tasteful aesthetic styling and very comfortable beds. Short dri

Loved the styling, easy keyless entry, close proximity to S Congress, all the amenities we needed.

The kitchen chairs had dirty dark spots on them when we arrived, so we needed to clean them up. Other than that, everything was very clean. There was only one mirror in the whole place, at the kitchen sink. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere.

Superb

Property is close to the city c.10 mins drive and to COTA c. 20 mins. We really enjoyed our stay!

Located in a quiet residential area the property in a short uber ride to the city. Dennys and Starbucks are a short walk away. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable, well equipped with garden area to the rear.
