The staff was amazing, extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

The hotel looks old, especially in the rooms. You can see that the bed was older, the washbashin also old, etc.

Not bad but looks more luxurious on the pictures

The deluxe double room was spacious. Fun facts the shower room and wc separate room with its own toilet. Big windows and nice lightning, neighbourhood calm enough. The staff is very polite. Close to two metro stations, one from each side but close enough to go to the centre/plaza cataluna/old town on foot. Many restos and cafes all around. There is a door between the elevator and the access to the room that opens only with a room card, for extra safety

The cleaning was the minimum necessary, not what one would expect from such a hotel. Some things in the room are not in a good state: the material of the bed is falling apart, the bed side table drawer was broken, the conditioner bottle was broken and could not be used. The smell of the room refresher at the entrance is overwhelming.

Bas Stay at Beautiful Barcelona

The location was really good

The rooms were dirty and full of dust The shower is horrible, neither it functioned properly nor it had proper hot water. There was no glasses for water in the room, there was no water provided there was no Iron provided.

Great for a city break, good location, friendly staff, interesting concept hotel, would recommend!

The property was really centrally located, easy to walk into central Barcelona or nearest metro station is within 10 min walk. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern and eye catching. The room was big and comfortable. The shower was wonderful. Very quiet and relaxing to stay in the room.

The coffee machine needs to be improved in the room, there wasnt much choice, it would have been good to have more capsules to choose from and milk. Bottled water would also have been nice to have in the room.
