    Room, friendly manager, good full breakfast. Location convenient for the Spa Theatre where the jazz festival was.
    Prefer en-suite room but I was happy enough with the separate shower.

    Thank you so much for these amazing 2 days. We will definitely come back. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was really helpful and kind, we got our room upgraded for free because of my husband's birthday, which was a really beautiful gesture.

    Great location, quiet neighbourhood , close to Esplanade and Cleveland Way. Ok walk from Rail station and town centre. Cleanliness. Nice seating area at the front of the hotel. Can't comment on breakfast as I stayed on room only basis. Didn't have much opportunity to speak with staff as I was out early and until late every day I stayed.
    I would have given higher score but this hotel use plastic based cover for duvet protector. This makes it very uncomfortable & too hot and sweaty for a good night's sleep. Such a shame because this is a nice place overall. I had to leave the bed to air and dry every day.
