    The location is very good, Breakfast was lovely, Maxine was so friendly and so helpful, we would go back to stay there as we said it was like home from home .

    Excellent room and service, slightly spoiled by inconsiderate neighbours.
    A very nice comfortable welcoming place to stay. Really comfortable bed, with excellent facilities in the room. Very good breakfast, and a very warm service from Maxine from booking to departure.
    Unfortunately, the next door guest house ( Chatsworth Hotel) sounded like they were hosting a rave, with loud music and slamming doors until the early hours of Sunday. Unfortunately this apparently happens on a regular basis.

    Brilliant, would recommend it
    We loved staying at the ocean guesthouse. The host Maxine was brilliant and very welcoming. We loved the quirkiness of everything there. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

    Had a lovely stay ,which was spoiled by no heating in the room. Just a shame the heating hadnt been put on. .
    Location.Staff more than helpful.Parking Facility. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms homely nicely laid out with lovely views.
    Bedroom very cold . No heating at all in room .Asked member of staff about heating,and she said she would ask owner to put heating on .which didnt materialise Terrible condensation on window running of , probably to do with no heating in room.

    All together Fantastic!!
    Fantastic stay and very comfy and clean. Maxine is a very lovely lady with a fantastic sense of humour. The Ocean guesthouse has so many lovely features to see, and the view from our room was superb. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY YES!!

    Fabulous hostess. Beautiful room. Fun interiors. Sea front but quiet location.
    We loved our stay. Maxine was a fabulous hostess, she made sure we had everything we needed including a parking permit to park virtually outside. We were given a choice of 2 rooms, both were lovely and had comfy chairs to sit and watch the sea front or the harbour. Our room and en-suite were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean and smart. Elsewhere there are many fun and original pieces of hand built and up-cycled furniture and curious collectibles. We didnt use the garden as it rained but its really cute and overlooks the harbour and the lifeboat. We had a great cooked breakfast plus lots of choice of cereals and breads/pastries. The location is perfect for enjoying Weymouth and the surrounding area. Thank you to Maxine and her team! We definitely recommend staying here.
