Very good

Good location, secure parking, nice space to stay as a family.

Nice communal space downstairs, nice artisan coffee shops locally, 20mins walk to central Brighton, secure parking.

A few niggles but nothing major. The heating was set very low when we arrived - we did adjust it accordingly but it felt very cool on a November evening. The kitchen could do with a washing up bowl in the sink and we couldnt find a grill pan. The single beds were very narrow - both my sons are over 6ft adults and the beds felt on the narrow side.

Very good

Excellent stay. Felt very welcoming, cosy, comfortable and great value for money!

We loved the tidiness, furnishings, decor, facilities and great location. Great there was free parking there also! The owners were great at communicating and we felt very welcomed.

If there were table and chairs to sit at outside the house, like the next door neighbours have it would be nice, as it was during the summer and quite hot.

Location, parking space, clear information, pleasant and comfortable property.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. I like to cook when self catering to save money but was quite restricted by the basic utensils etc.

Great place to stay with family, central location just 5 mins walk from the beach and city restaurants.Loved the interiors of the house and dedicated parking was a huge plus.

Good

Reasonable family option for eastern side of Brighton

Decent secluded Kemp Town location with shops, bars and restaurants close by. The accompanying parking spot is very handy, property has some charm, reasonable kitchen and living room but needs some TLC. A reasonable option for a family and works consider staying again.

Bathroom is useable but needs overhaul to make the property really appealing, its floor is stained and has faint odour. Window latches need replacing.

Very good

I would recommend this holiday home as it is only a 20min walk to Brighton Pier (plus free parking)

The location was great, the surrounding area was very quiet, it was easy to park, and the house was very spacious. The only issue we had with a window that would not close, was dealt with immediately after one phone call (excellent customer services)

could do with a chopping board (otherwise the kitchen had everything)

Location was fab for us as it was only 15/20 minute walk to the city centre. The accommodation was lovely and spacious with parking being a great bonus!

Pleasant

A beautiful house and/or a youth centre with even a football table.

Beautiful looking house in a quiet and convenient spot in the old Kemptown, felt safe and with a parking space right outside the front door. Well equipped kitchen and nice lounge, comfortable beds and very quiet indeed.

The place was clean but thin carpets throughout, stained floors in the kitchen and unfortunately in the bathroom, a wooden toilet seats with rusty bits, and old bathtub with a shower in the bath with a white/yellow looking curtain. The windows were a bit hard to open and shut, same for the front door and the lock boxes outside. I am not going to complain about the 11 awful pictures with Brighton written all over as they follow you around the house as that would be mean and down to personal taste. The bathroom for me was a deal breaker, new floor, new toilet seat, a new shower and get rid of that curtain.
