    Best location in Portree, amazing view. clean, quaint and comfortable
    the location was amazing, comfortable, clean and roomy.
    The exterior door on Arran apartment was difficult to lock. needed a bigger sign out front or on website call it The Pink House

    Great Spot in Portree
    Perfect location, right in the centre of Portree - lots of food options around, and some nice shops. Right on the water front so the views were stunning! Very clean, and good hot shower.
    The room was very cold, and we could not work out how to turn the heating on properly - it kept clicking off.

    A mixed bag.
    It was a very good location as breakfast restaurants were nearby.
    The only advertisement about the room that there was a sea view, which was true. But what it didn't say was that it was on the ground floor and really what you saw were people and cars going by. And our room's entrance was a door on the street. And that door was extremely difficult to open and close. Actually, we even had someone trying to open the door. It felt very insecure. We had to keep the curtains closed the whole time we were in the room. Another frustration was the internet which wasn't working for half of our stay there. We were offered another flat elsewhere, but our friends were at the Old Shop, so we declined. The room could be fine for others who didn't care about privacy and would spend little time in the room.

    Great location, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels & everything was very clean. Plenty of drawers & wardrobe space.
    Bathroom was lovely & modern but limited for toiletries storage. The curtains were hanging down in places & no instructions for the radiator, it was cold at night.

    The location was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely accommodation.
    We were there for three nights. There was only enough tea and milk for two days, and the supplies weren't topped up. Almost ran out of toilet paper.

    Wakeup to amazing sunrise views
    The Old Shop is in a great location convenient to restaurants and shops in Portree. Sunrise over the marina was exceptionally beautiful.
