The Danieli Hotel is situated at the heart of Avignon Old Town, 400 metres from the Palais des Papes and a 10-minute walk from the Pont d'Avignon bridge. The private bathroom includes a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Breakfast is offered at this property and a vending machine is available for other snacks. Groceries and restaurants can be found within 150 metres of the hotel. Avignon Central Train Station is 10 minutes walk away. We do not have a parking and we recommend the public parking at the Palais des Papes, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, at a price of €17 for 24 hours. The entrance is located outside next to the Avignon bridge.

This location is great - a short walk from the train station and then a short walk to the city center.

It was fine. I really didn't expect more given the price.

Nice location, comfortable and affordable accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable, it also offered a small coffee station.

There was no seating area other than the dining room, no lounge or garden. We had to request bathroom supplies event though the room was serviced on the day.

Very good

Great position, straight out of front door of Railway station along main street, past two supermarkets and not far away from papal palace and many cafes and restaurants close by.

Most rooms face on to back laneway and the nightclub that starts at midnight and goes to 5 a.m. a few nights each week. Sound proof windows did not help! Take earplugs!

The location was very central and only 5 minutes walking from the palace

The shower was too small and the room door was not touching the floor so light could enter from the corridor to the room during the entire night

Avignon Stay

Central location to Avignon. Close to many restaurants. Convenient position to catch the City Tours Bus and Le Petit Train. Secure offsite parking. Premises tired and in need of updating but the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom kept clean.

On our booking confirmation, it stated we had a room with city views. When we queried reception, we were told no rooms have city views. The property is obviously misrepresented on Booking.com. Internet intermittent and spasmodic.

Nice and quiet

Nice and quiet, perfect location. Modern bathroom and comfy bed. Good amount of space.

There is no lift so on 3rd floor it can be a bit annoying, but staff can help with bags.
