Very poor

The location was amazing but I felt it was a rip off, they try to charge you on everything.

Location to everything in the area

Small room. Mini fridge was a rip off. Elevators were always a long wait. Potters restaurant wasnt good at all. Hidden fees you tell us when we got there.

Disappointing

A great location and beautiful lobby but rooms and service lacking.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to everything I was interested in seeing and doing. The main areas of the hotel were quite nice and felt historic.

I hated that you had to leave baggage with the bellhop and then had to wait for them to bring your bags. You weren't permitted to use the luggage cart on your own. The entire process of checking in and getting our things was a time sucking nightmare. While the main hotel looked quite nice, the rooms were quite worn and dated. I get keeping the historical feel of the hotel but the wallpaper peeling and feeling dirty was unpleasant.
