Review 1: While the rooms at the Hotel Chicago Downtown, Autograph Collection are in need of a refresh, the value for the points paid was good. The bartender and the check-in staff were fantastic. Ov (Read More)erall, the stay was satisfactory and the reviewer would return on another points stay. Review 2: The reviewer loved their stay at the hotel, praising the friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and the added perks like an upgrade and free tickets to the Chicago sports museum. They enjoyed room service and the location was perfect. They would definitely return to the hotel. The wings at the bar were the best they've had. The staff provided excellent customer service. The noise from the street and other rooms was a minor inconvenience.
