Very generous with water. It was replenished during room cleanup.
Was shocked to find out the price was much lower than what I booked for weeks leading up to my stay. Tried to contact booking.com but got no response on it. Very disappointed.
Paid doubled for the festive season to find out I got a room with no view. Tried to request for twin share or room with a better view but hotel didnt accommodate. Other hotels would if the rooms are available!
Toilet seat was not cleaned properly when I checked in. Got a sticky patch on the seat. Otherwise room is pretty clean.
Very stingy with tea and coffee and not even quality ones from a 5*hotel. More Like motel quality.
Hence the low rating.
