Evening meal not available for two nights, on third night Turkish meze, specialized meal that we were not made aware of, no breakfast tea available on new year's day

Very nice authentic coast experience

Very well located! Its an authentic spot on the coast, but refreshed with a modern touch. Very nice breakfast ( la carte, bit they also have a buffet option).

The walls isolation isnt optimal, we could hear a bit our neighbors passing same with the light passing through the doorframe, couldnt have a pitch black room to sleep.

I absolutely loved it, the staff was lovely and the rooms were super comfortable. Next time I stay in Oban, I will definitely stay there.

Really enjoyable stay, Looking forward to returning.

2nd stay here for the bells, didnt disappoint! Very clean, comfortable room, had great nights sleep, fantastic central location, all staff friendly, nice, relaxing atmosphere in Lulu lounge. breakfasts lovely. Enjoyed the free thermal spa. Very Reasonable parking at nearby train station. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were nice, rooms were good. Breakfast was good, decent options. Location is great, right in the heart of Oban. Walked round locally during the day and location wise it's probably the best one.

There was a lot missing in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but in fairness I think it was explained it was due to the new year period and supplies hadn't come in. So it wasn't a big issue. Other than that it was all fine. Staff were all nice in general and helpful and of course apologetic about the missing items.
