Im fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but thats more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with.

Only things that you couldnt have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. Thats not a compliment or a complaint. Thats above all expectation.

The resort was nice. Rooms were clean. Most of the workers were friendly.

Had to change rooms three times to get the room we expected from booking. Didnt like the fact that you cant use an upgrade when going through booking.com

Nice people , slow , dont comply with your request for room accommodations .The place is gorgeous !

Catering service Ms Reyes . Spa services , The Boat experience, the longe service at the Club , the Cabana

The rooms for my other two children that wasnt at the Presidential suite . We ordered one double , one king .At the same building. We got only one at the same building . They gave us 2 doubles ( one was for a handicapped person , no shampoo , no bathrobe , a chair inside the shower, the shower water took 10 mins to get warm )

All of the meals where good, but the pricing for food was a little over the top. But over all it was a very nice stay.

The atmosphere, with the calmness of the beach, the landscape of the property, other than the walking . Its a very nice place to visit

It was a fantastic vacation!

The property is stunning! It combines old world charm with modern updates and amenities. The pools are great, the private beach is a major plus, and the views of St. John and beyond are breathtaking.

The gift shop leaves a lot to be desired for a 4 or 5 star resort. My wife and I went looking for some gifts and keepsakes and there wasnt anything worth buying. We also had a bad experience at the Bluewater restaurant. The wait staff seemed to completely forget we existed. It took o we an hour for our food, we had one drink and were never asked if wed like another one the entire time.

The breakfast was ok to my girlfriend to it was a little expensive be it was good and I think they should give carts to drive because walking up a lot of stairs and was not good be I really!! Had a great time
