Superb

The single room is small, as is the en suite bathroom with shower, but who visits London to stay all day in the room? This was a perfect resting place after a long day's shopping and walking on Kensington High Street and Portobello Road, Notting Hill. The room was clean and I liked the white cotton percale bed linen. It was also nice and warm, a relief to the cold weather outside. The staff are polite and very helpful. The location is ideal, being a few minutes walk from Earls Court underground. There are also fabulous restaurants in the area and I can highly recommend The Kings Head for a delicious meal in a truly authentic English pub. I would definitely stay again when next in London.

Nothing that would prevent me from booking again. The bath towel showed some wear and tear, but was clean. I would have liked a pillow slip on the spare pillow in the wardrobe, but I'm sure I could just have asked.

Very good

Very convenient and value for money

The breakfast was excellent and the lady there was super pleasant! The neighbourhood was safe and all the necessary stores were nearby. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to London.

The room was quite small and we didn't have space to store our luggage and clothes. The bathroom was also quite small, particularly the shower.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff - recommended.

The room was on the lower ground floor - really spacious, clean and comfortable. Huge, comfy bed. Powerful shower. Water, biscuits and coffee/tea making facilities provided. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Only a short walk from Earl's Court tube station.

We only had 1 bath towel between 2 of us. Not a big deal but we didn't notice til morning shower time.

Disappointing

Get the simple things right..

Staff in reception and bar were excellent, and location great

Housekeeping disappointing, only towels for one person, water bottle was empty, lamp and phone in room didnt work, and took 16 external calls to reception from my mobile before anyone answered so I could request some more towels. Towels were also missing from our friends room and their phone didnt work either to be able to call reception.
