Good

The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was good value for money.

There was a good choice for breakfast. However, it was very busy at the time we chose to go. It was so hot in the room we could not eat our breakfast. Some items were overcooked.

Beautifully clean and friendly hotel in a central location.

Spotlessly clean throughout. Friendly staff. Very comfortable. Excellent location. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Would recommend anyone stay here. Disabled friendly. Mobility scooter charging points. Entertainment. I would return.

(Room 106) Room cold (but plug in heater provided and worked very well) Bathroom tiny and cold Mirror light didn't work Shower tray didn't drain away Evidence of Damp Obvious signs of leak in hall outside bedroom door. Hotel looks very tired. But there's absolutely nothing else wrong with this hotel. It's just very tired looking in parts.

Poor

You don't get what you pay for, because I did not pay for leaks

Close to the town, staff were nice and friendly

The room had stains all on the ceiling from water leaking through, then I wake up early to go to the toilet and get dripped on, we told the reception and they apologized but never offered anything for a substandard room, I was not going to complain but I only did when I realized they already know this is happening and putting people into theses rooms having already had complaints about leaking, so they are just not fixing the leaks. I did try and resolve through Bookin.com but they refused to take responsibility and turn down our claim, good job Booking.com gave us something back as a small compensation, DO NOT STAY ON THE TOP FLOOR AS THE ROOMS ALL SEEM TOP LEAK ! and the Sausage is possibly the worst I have ever tasted, took one bite and chucked them, they are cheap and nasty which really surprised me.
