Its serene setting is perfect for those seeking peace, yet the hotels convenient driver service means that exploring local attractions is hassle-free. Celebrations:Celebrating Christmas and New Year at The Royal Santrian was a delightful experience. The events were not only entertaining but showcased the incredible talent of the staff, adding a unique and enjoyable aspect to our holiday. Santa was the best!!!!!

Fabulous and romantic

Its an amazing property. The villas are beautiful, huge, super private. The furniture inside the room is splendid, though wear signs can be seen, it was not a problem - had a vintage-like air. There bathroom area is fabulous with the open space shower, no insects, maybe a few mosquitoes. The public areas of the resort are wonderful, so beautifully designed. The attention to detail is there definitely!

Not a biggie, but The bathroom faucets - sink, shower are quite worn out . Maybe its time to replace them. Otherwise they are working, no problem. But it steals a bit of the magic of the entire room.

More can be done for privacy

Nice property with good facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

There is a lack of privacy given the reeds provide some cover but not a lot. Key privacy issue is the towering hotel block next door. The property put in some screens but not sure how effective those are.
