Very poor

Disappointing.

Really disappointed there were no instructions on how the air con works for Room 303 on 1st/2nd Jan 2024. We went out - locked the doors (including balcony), upon return - the aircon would not switch on. I rang and left a message and asked for an explanation on check out. The reply was I cant do anything from here. As a result of the aircon not working, we had to open the balcony door and as a result to try and stay cool, the noise kept us awake until well after midnight. Were most disappointed that there was no ability to contact anyone for a service we paid for but couldnt access, further, no instructions/ability to attempt problem solving to reset the air con (after multiple attempts and checks of doors and the swipe access cards).
