    Disappointing.
    Really disappointed there were no instructions on how the air con works for Room 303 on 1st/2nd Jan 2024. We went out - locked the doors (including balcony), upon return - the aircon would not switch on. I rang and left a message and asked for an explanation on check out. The reply was I cant do anything from here. As a result of the aircon not working, we had to open the balcony door and as a result to try and stay cool, the noise kept us awake until well after midnight. Were most disappointed that there was no ability to contact anyone for a service we paid for but couldnt access, further, no instructions/ability to attempt problem solving to reset the air con (after multiple attempts and checks of doors and the swipe access cards).

    Incredible stay, will be staying again in the future.
    I loved how easy it was to access and park.
    The only thing, is the lobby is quite small, other than that, it was amazing!

    Roomy 2 bedroom great space in the main area, great for families, beds in all rooms were very comfortable.
    Poky 1 bed, very tight space for four nights, the 2 bed apartment was very smelly like a smokers room so was quite unpleasant. The general efficiency of getting between levels was really poor, we had family across levels and could not access all floors so made it difficult to hang out easily. Seating was extremely uncomfortable, minimum back rests and not very ergonomic, couch was ok.
