The staff were excellent, the restaurant was fabulous. Location was central this made it easy to get to where we wanted to go.

Room a bit dated but comfortable.
Location is perfect for NYE fireworks and as a base for touristy destinations.
Bed was super comfy and cosy.
Bathroom essentials like shower cap, extra couple of towels
No where to hang towels to dry or wet facecloths
Chair at desk was not ideal for working, unpractical
Air con was very noisy
We ordered a simple bowl of hot chips but it was absolutely terrible, burnt and dried

Disappointing
Staff did best to look after guests even though rooms and furnishings are in very poor condition.
Service by staff was very good.
Condition of room was so bad we requested another room. Bedhead had vinyl falling apart onto pillows and the sheets. Carpets were so old they were probably installed when old Parliament house was built. Not the level I expected from a Peppers.

The room we were booked into had a plumbing Issue and the bathroom drains were blocked. The staff very quickly found us another room and handled the situation well.

A wonderful stay to celebrate my son's graduation from ANU and so close to all amenities, including
The food served at the bar was very good and the atmosphere there was welcoming, intimate and cosy. The lighting in the bar area was just right.
I was staying in Room 111 which is at ground level. Outside the room in the garden beds there was a lot of rubbish. This was a disappointing discovery and one I couldnt avoid if the curtains were open. It needs to be addressed on a daily basis.

Good location and one lovely staff member at breakfast after the coffee machine stopped working.
Where do I start, our first room had a serious drainage issue and smelt like sewerage - told reception and they had to check first so didnt believe us. Agreed eventually to put us in another room 2 doors up which, after unpacking, we realised also had drainage issues - every time we flushed the toilet it came up through the shower drain - not hygienic so we moved again. Bad breakfast with a broken coffee machine. Couldnt wait to get out of there.

Fun location, cinema, cafes and an easy walk into city hub or convention centre
Room fine for one person but would not have worked well for a couple.
Lighting in bathroom was inadequate.
Great fun location, even better when light rail works completed.
Bed disappointing, not particularly comfortable
