    Safe stay in absence of any nice and clean options.
    Frankly nothing- I feel I paid a lot to get the basics which I could have gotten from a clean cheap motel. I travel a lot and my stay was one of the most disappointing stays.
    Overly priced for a room with peeling wallpapers, on/off plumbing sounds - Being unable to reach / connect with front desk prior to arrival to have answers to some essential questions was very Annoying, almost making me wish to cancel.

    Great Room, Hated Parking Problems
    Room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Double vanity area in the bathroom made it feel a bit like home. Wish there had been time to indulge in the jacuzzi tub. We were given a room in T2. We are seniors, and though not disabled, appreciated the close proximity to the hotel entrance and connecting corridor to MGM Grand.
    The hour long (maybe longer?) wait in the car to finally get to the hotel entrance to offload luggage and surrender our car to mandatory Valet parking. We waited over 30 minutes upon requesting our car at checkout for it to be brought out. Although the room was great, we will not be returning solely due to the parking policy.

    We had a wonderful experience at The Signature! From check-in to check-out, everything was great! The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The Valet service was very organized and efficient. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very attentive. We would highly recommend staying at The Signature!

    I will not stay there again. You can get better amenities at any best western.
    The room was okay. Nothing special. It was small.
    The tiles in the bathroom were broken, the walls and doors had scuff marks on them. The bed was lumpy. There wasnt a mini bar or even coffee in the room most days. When I would go downstairs to get coffee it was $6 for 8oz at Delights. There was no valet most days and we had to walk to MGM grand to get our car or park.

    Very average, felt like a basic hotel.
    Spacious room and bathroom, good gym. Good housekeeping.
    Valet parking only, that took 30 min to drop in your car both nights. Front desk was not very friendly, just coldly polite. Very, very basic amenities in the room. There were even any water glasses in the room. Bathroom amenities were only cheap shampoo, conditioner and lotion, mini soap bar. First night there wasnt hot water and had to take a shower with a lukewarm water. We chose this property because of the spa type tube. Not sure what the resort fee was charged for.

    Loved the location, close to strip without having to endure the strip noise.
    The beds were queen when I paid for a king size bed. I was told all suites have same size beds but if that was the case why was I given a choice upon booking the suite and why did i pay the difference when choosing a king suite?? Was not and I am not happy about that. When I'm asked about my experience I will be honest with my family and friends.
