Very good

It seems like a mix of student residence and short term stay residence. Fine for a few nights. If you are okay with self check in and hipster atmosphere, then it is fine. It is near to a lot of office complexes and probably better for work travel than tourism.

Best accommodation in a long time. I have no reservations about recommending.

I was very happy with location, 5 mins walk from large transport hub. 10 mins walk from one of the Christmas mkt venues. Bed was brilliant. Large room, very good lighting, very good shower, decent body wash. Great breakfast facilities and food. Best that I have had in a long time. Everything cooked to perfection. Lots of cereal and other choices also. Lots of rest/recreation areas around the lobby, table tennis, work area and table soccer in the basement.

Nothing really, larger towels.

Great location, could do with better customer service.

Location was great and very close to central train station.

The check in staff werent over friendly and we ended up in the wrong building because they didnt explain how the 4 wings worked. The room was a set temperature and very hot, which we couldnt change.

All in all it was comfortable, but I would a different stay the next time, due to some reasons.

The bathroom with the rain shower was nice. Very friendly staff and everyone spoke English. Also quite comfortable bed.

The style of the room was too minimalistic. There were not a lot of opportunities to buy beverages/food. Hair dryer was not in the room and had to be picked by ourselves at the reception. Unfortunately many had difficulties with German even though we were in Vienna.
