    The location is not the best, close to public transport but didn't feel comfortable at night. The room size was ok, the shower cabin was old.
    I asked for a double bedroom, in the end I couldn't change the type of my room since I booked from booking. They couldn't fix the problem, change it and the beds were all the time moving which was annoying.

    Nice, cosy, with everything you need
    Tidy neat little room with everything you need. We only stayed for a single night but the reception staff was very friendly and promptly helped us out with parking tips and stored our luggage after check-out. The usual place to park is the garage of the Lugner City mall, which is very cheap for Vienna and is directly connected to the hotel. The overall artsy theme of the hotel, though sometimes a bit contrived, gives the hotel a nice relaxed atmosphere. The location is a few minutes away from the center with public transportation and is very well connected.
    Our room was much smaller and had less natural light than you'd judge by the photos. It overlooked a somewhat decrepit-looking courtyard. The Lugner City mall that surrounds the hotel also seems dated and will not agree with everybody's aesthetic sensibilities, though just another block away the surroundings are again very charming.

    Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
    The hotel was perfectly located to 2 metro stations and the tram, staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Room was a really good size and breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food to choose from.

    Good location, but far from being a 4-star hotel
    The location was very good, close to the metro station. The rooms were clean and warm, and we got new towels and bed sheets every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
    There are many things that need improvement. There was no refrigirator in the room, which is quite unusual for a 4-star hotel. The minibar fridge was not working. Would be great if there were some basic supplies such as electric kettle, coffee machine and similar. The room wardrobe was too small for double room. Actually, there was no wardrobe but just a few shelves to put some accessories, but there was definitely no room to put all your clothes so I had to keep my clothes in the suitcase. There was no 'Do not disturb' sign to put on the door. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. It's more like 2 or 3. I have been to 3-star hotels which have much better facilities and supplies.

    Amazing hotel stay and service. Convenient location for our visit in Vienna.
    We took the family quadruple room. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast served was a continental breakfast spread and had a lot of options. The hotel is located very near to a public transport hub and a supermarket is right next door. We were able to reach city-centre with 5-6 stops on the U-bahn from there. The staff were also very approachable and friendly.
    In the middle of the night, there were times in which the streets below were noisy with people screaming. Traffic sounds can also be heard from the room. However, all of it was manageable and didn't affect much of our slumber.
