Place with potential but needs a lot of work

The owner and his father who really made every effort to solve our problems Free parking Working coffee maker, washing machine, dryer,fridge and oven. We didn't use the other appliances.

In the center of the building there is a winding staircase that unless you are a fit young person, it is dangerous for you, especially if you are carrying heavy luggage up (or even worse down) The bed in one of the bedrooms was very bad, the springs were broken Idon't know why there is a pole dancer's pole in one of the bedrooms, unless the building has a history... The main bathroom has a bad smell of sewage from the previously clogged sink Sliding doors (of the main bathroom and the closet of the main bbedroom are out of their rails. The whole building needs to be repainted in the inside. The bare concrete look doesn't work well for a family The four pole beds are strange, not looking like they were intended for a family oriented business The jaccouzi is out of order and needs to be replaced. Right now it is wrapped with duct tape and nylon bags There is a washing machine, but no detergents,,, Same with the dishwasher. Idon't mind buying detergents, but it would be nice to know in advance that I need some... I can go on, but really, the whole place needs a very thorough renpvation effort Despite what i have written, I give the hotel a very high rating because of the owner and his father. They have REALLY gone out of their way to try to solve the issues we encountered (WiFi that didn't work, clogged sink, clogged air filter in te bedroom etc) thus they deserve the bes recommandation for their good will.

The owner is such a nice and amazing person that makes you feel very welcome and takes the time to explain you everything! Thank you so much for giving me an unforgettable stay
