    The rooms are very spacious, light and clean. The spa and swimming pool area are fantastic. The garden is beautiful and well designed. the restaurants as well as the Sea Bar are welcoming and delicious.

    They couldn't find your lost T shirt that was left on the bed...
    The location is great. Pool and sauna is nice. The bed is very comfortable.
    We lost a white T shirt which was left on the bed after the cleaner clean up the room. Spoke to the reception twice, they couldn't find it..... And there is no one to follow this up... They just leave this matter behind

    Extremely disappointing Service
    Building and decoration is nice. Spa and Pool where out of order.... another surprise. So ask it before you book this rather expensive hotel.
    Extremely bothered by female receptionist at checkout by calling to the room again and again and again, only 5 min after checkout time. It was a disgrace to be treatened this way in a 5- star hotel. It ruined an important business call and my positive feelings about this hotel. They lack training their staff how to treat their well paying guests properly. Extremely disapointing that even the manager could only apologize for her staff, but did not undertake further action or compensation. Very bad service!

    Decent hotel but not 5 stars in my opinion.
    Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Also very beautiful chandelier and design when you enter with very friendly staff.
    Rooms a bit outdated and not well preserved. They do not provide a lot of amenities in the room like hand soap (they gave you a bottle of body wash instead which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel), comb or cotton buds. Breakfast was decent but they could offer more options. WiFi was very slow and occasionally wasnt working in our room which made it very difficult to work.

    Fantastic hotel. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Super location.
    Room was very spacious with large balcony. Great choice and quality breakfast. Pool, sauna and steam room just perfect.
