Good

We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice area with a fireplace to sit while waiting for others. Everything was nice and clean and the staff let us leave our bags in a secure place on the day of check out so we could walk around the city until it was time to head to the airport.

The room was very small and we heard a lot of noise from other guests returning at all hours of the night.

I liked it, and would probably stay again, but only if the price is under $130 a night.

Location is very good. Lovely looking building.

I slipped in the lobby because the floor was wet. Was only able to access "Guest" wifi, which grants temporary access. Heating unit in the room was inadequate.

Disappointing

you get what you pay for

The location of the hotel is great. It is one a few hotels in this area. The price point was fine. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. They have coffee in the lobby.

The hotel is in significant need of a remodel. The wallpaper and paint in the room was peeling off. The hallways and main areas of the hotel were very outdated and smelled musty. My room faced east which was a parking garage with a bright light in the alley. The light shined through the edges of the blinds and through the glass-blocked bathroom window. Something to keep in mind if you are a sleeper sensitive to light.
