Great Location/ Comfort could be better

Friendly staff and easy check-in.we were in Chicago for medical, and this location was perfect. The room was clean.

The bed was not very comfortable sleeping on it 2 nights was rough. My body was sore when I woke up.

The location was great. We needed to go to the German consulate which is just a cross Michigan Avenue and we wanted to go to daily plaza. this location is really the best

Breakfast was ok was not expecting anything different. One of the rooms was just behind the elevator and it was like the elevator was in our room, it was very loud in addition the quality of the bed was not very good. I staid in Hampton inn's before I was always happy about the quality but this Hampton inn needs urgent remodeling and sound proofing.

We had a great time till the morning of departure. When they brought us our car out from Vallet parking car was damaged. There was a fresh scratch on the side door. We immediately noticed the damage and reported it. They told us they would be reaching out on Monday but no one called seven days after the incident. We got our claim paper and called the number but no answer. Even reached out to the front desk, but no help from them too

overpriced for condition of room and amenities

the facility was clean and location was good

The facility is out dated, there were tears to the benches in the dining area, the rug in my room was stained, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small. Although the facility was clean - it is outdated.
