    Location is good and there is potential. But the sofa bed was awful and the lack of housekeeping providing basic needs l
    The location is good.
    The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin and one could feel every single coil. We had to request extra towels and sheets on Day 1. There was no housekeeping so on Day 2 we also had to request additional clean towels. The staff person was friendly but was the only person around. Seems understaffed.

    Great place, Great location and staff are top notch - highly recommend this for a stay in Chicago
    It might not be a 5 star hotel, but it has all the things that make one! The proximity to everything and the staff were great (massive wrap to the night security team they were great and very friendly). The beer option place was something I havent seen but fun and full of local beer
    Nothing really the breakfast was nice but not much options- but thats really minor so really a non issue

    Highly recommended. Would stay here again if come to Chicago.
    View from the room was great. The loaction of the hotel is very safe and convinient. I have walked about 10 min from the train station without taking taxi, easy and safe to get there (during day time). The hotel staff was so nice and helped me to check in earlier that the standart time. One more time, the room in Homewood is now on my top visited hotel room's list.

    I did something to the TV and it completely died, Dec 25th about 8:30pm. To my utter surprise when I notified the front
    The suites were a very nice size, staff was great
    I let front desk know (and she actually wrote it down) the mattress needed to be turned or changed,
