Great stay with friends

I have stayed here a couple of times. I love how centric it is. You have the train station right next to the hotel. Everything is close and the hotel is great.

Great hotel nice staff perfect location

They have really good coffee and it was available almost all the time I loved it. Really big comfy room and bed. The location was also very good so we were able to go anywhere in the city with the public transport.

No good view from the room, the price was quite high and no breakfast was available

It is very close to boystown. Its clean, nice staff. The train station is next to the hotel.

Good

The king room suite consisted of two clean rooms. The suite was very quiet despite the proximity to the train. I slept very well, nice linens, firm bed.

The room was very hot, steam heaters in the bath and living area created a very dry hot atmosphere. I could not control them.

Good location besides the Belmont train station

Check in procedure - staff was helpful since I was not yet in this part of the city of Chicago

No help-yourself breakfast (like in Hampton Inns) was available. If you call yourself a hotel, you have to offer some sort of food. This is a general conception when a person hears the term 'hotel'.

very inappropriate for the price

Nice and helpfull stuff, complementary coffee is nice, metro station really nearby...

We knew it was Marathon weekend but charging 800 USD for 2 nights is really not correct... Not even breakfast included, nor breakfast option! Simply this hotel is very inappropriate for that price. Let me tell few things: Small room! So small that we could not open the suitcase, of course on the floor, no other place for that, without blocking the toilet door. Between bed and toilet. No closet, all clothes has to hang in the room, or stay in the suitcase, no place where to put the clothes and personal things. Minibar all over the table! Bathrobes hanging in the room, above the head, for display. "Private parking available" Not true! They sent us to nearby garage, to payed parking...
