Majestic Hotel

Lets start. The parking isnt from the hotel and my car wasnt accepted by the third party because the car was too big SO I was looking for parking for 45 min. The check in experience was terrible. They didnt know how booking.com work and they didnt respect my booking. I was for 45 minutes discussing with the check-in guy about my booking explaining with pen and paper the booking situation. Without being able to understand, I was left with what they wanted not what I wanted. The rooms are horrible design and really old. The toilet paper and tissues are cheap low quality and really rough. The room had a terrible humidity smell and the next door building windows are just on top of your windows. The hotel rooms are nothing to do with the pictures. The hotel mattress are terrible. We have 3 rooms and all the rooms had a terrible mattress. The staff where useless as there is nothing they can help with. BTW there is no breakfast at all. They only have water and coffee. It is worst than a Collegue hotel. I believe this place fits more to a bed/motel place because they don't even have breakfast so even Bed & Breakfast would be too much. Also, the next door people smoked and the rooms had a really bad smell. You can hear all the snoring from the next door people. The staff are terrible. Let me even tell you that I was down stairs, where there is no rooms, having a video call with work and the rude staff interrupted me in my meeting because she wanted to continue sleeping and was so aggressive that even she tried to jump in camare to talked to my call attendees. I was shocked. The most rude experience I have ever lived. Price per money is not at all. For the same price you can get a nicer place in Airbnb without breakfast an no staff that will try to interrupt your working call. I was speechless as I have never ever experience such a bad service. We were 4 guests and all we were super shocked about the bad experience.
