Friendly staff, close to beach and shops

Wonderful service, lovely welcome from all members of staff. Location was excellent and we had a sea view. Short walk to all shops/restaurants. Cosy bed, tea and coffee facilities provided along with towels

The breakfast was quite cold, they may need to invest in a better heater. Tea was also a little cold at breakfast and the orange juice was not fresh

Exceptional

We stayed here Christmas night as we were visiting family nearby. On arrival we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays and had festive music playing throughout. We stayed in a family room with our child. Beds were comfortable, room was large and had a lovely seaview of the pier. It was surprisingly quiet, although a bit of traffic noise from the road in front which didn't bother us. Breakfast was nice.

A little disappointed

The staff were helpful and the location was perfect

The shower when we arrived didn't work properly and feel that it should have been checked prior they did correct the issue and changed the shower head over relatively quickly ,we had noticed on the second day someone had been in our room which is fine but would have preferred to have been asked ,lastly on the last day we got up to find signs saying the hotel was closed and the kitchen was closed with no choice but to leave a key with a cleaner even though we had paid for bed and breakfast really poor communication all round we will not be returning

I liked everything about the stay. The staff were brilliant. The room was nice and clean and warm.

The only thing is next time I won't get a ground floor room as slightly noisy with the night clubbers being noisy going pass the window but that is about it.
