Friendly staff, close to beach and shops

Wonderful service, lovely welcome from all members of staff. Location was excellent and we had a sea view. Short walk to all shops/restaurants. Cosy bed, tea and coffee facilities provided along with towels

The breakfast was quite cold, they may need to invest in a better heater. Tea was also a little cold at breakfast and the orange juice was not fresh

Exceptional

We stayed here Christmas night as we were visiting family nearby. On arrival we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays and had festive music playing throughout. We stayed in a family room with our child. Beds were comfortable, room was large and had a lovely seaview of the pier. It was surprisingly quiet, although a bit of traffic noise from the road in front which didn't bother us. Breakfast was nice.
