    Brilliant stay whilst exploring York!
    Loved the location had everything we needed for a base in York! Lovely and homely and very clean! One bathroom had a little bit of hair etc in the corners but other than that very clean all the way through!
    Some neighbours were quite loud at night so had to shut the windows as would keep us up at night!

    Very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Well stocked with crockery etc. Towels in good supply.
    Wed have liked clearer instructions regarding controlling the heating.

    House was perfect for 4 couples having a break and a catch up!!
    Only slight problem was parking for more than 1 vehicle..but we got our heads around that..

    Location: close to the station, walking distance to city centre, lovely inside
    We couldn't put heating on, called the number to get help and we're refused. After paying over 1000 for two night stay we weren't able/allowed to use heating to take the chill of the house (last day of September). Agency said they can send someone over, but we will have to pay 40 regardless of they manage to solve it or not. (We think code was needed for Nest app)

    Great value for money and very clean, perfect!
    Plenty space and bathrooms. The living kitchen area is perfect when you have a big group which we did. Very clean and lovely welcome basket on arrival. The ability to use a car park space was also great.
    The doors are all very squeaky and so are the floors you can hear everyone moving around. The check in and check out times were late and very early and there was no option for movement on that.
