We really enjoyed our week, just a short walk to beach and shops, great to get away from rain to sun
On arrival we were given champagne which was great, staff on reception were friendly, Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner, staff in dining room were lovely.
Cleaning staff were friendly. We got Chocolates & Champagne for Christmas day which was a great suprise.
We will definately return to this hotel.
Music was a bit loud at times, room next to ours the people were noisy.
Wouldn't put us off from staying again.

Food was very good used the rooftop most days was excellent
Room was very noisy we was ground floor no view , was near back door to pool door was bagging from 6 in the morning people putting towels out could hear running water all the time when people having showers and toilet . If we came again wouldnt stay in those rooms

The location and choice of table availability each morning. The various food options for either a light meal or something more substantial.
If constant music is necessary, a more mixed selection could be made to suit all tastes and ages. Although we appreciate that the hotel is adults only, there was a considerable range of age groups.

Tigotan cockroaches resort...
Cockroaches are absolutely everywhere. In your room, in the dining room near the food, in the toilets.
The hotel is old and very shabby. All the corridors are shabby and the carpet is dirty. The room smells of damp and mold.
The breakfast food is disgusting, some beans, overcooked bacon, sausages, etc. The baked goods are also dry.
The hotel is not worth the money at all.

This lovely 4 star hotel is designed in a large U shape
Of which over half stays permanently in the shade
No cocktails on your balcony in the evening sun or coffee in the morning sun if your room is on the "Not Sunny" side of the hotel
We arrived in the evening to our Luxury Pool View double room and we're very happy with it
The following day after realising that the situation of our room and balcony would be in permanent shade we asked at reception if we could change our room to one of the facing rooms which had constant sunshine
The hotel wasn't full so we didn't think that it would a problem
However we were informed that yes we could change rooms but that there would be a daily charge of 10 euros to have a room with sunshine!!!!
