    Free shuttle service from train station. Excellent buffet breakfast:)!: love their everything. Excellent afternoon tea Friendly staff. Free beverage in fridge :)! Nice range of variety.
    Water temperature inconsistent, can be cold at times and jumped up in shower lol

    Fantastic accommodation with a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony.
    Everything was fantastic Management was friendly and very responsive Spa on top floor was incredible. Swimming pool that alternated as jacuzzi, two steam rooms and a sauna. All included in the room price !! My wife and I both had a massage; both were world class. Staying in September was good being off season. December to February is high season and I would expect rates to triple or quadruple for the ski season.
    Everything was fantastic Restaurant in hotel was really, really good.

    Phenomenal choice- go there!
    It was beautifully appointed giving a cozy but completely updated feel it was a chalet with whimsical sheep wool on chairs on the balcony, photos in the dining room and small carved sheep on window sills. There was a keen attention to detail! Clearly the owners have pride in their hotel the story about the owners and their family is fascinating dating back to an Olympic champion. The rooms were walled in pine with very comfortable beds. There is even a motion sensitive light at night near the bathroom! The breakfast is absolutely delicious with many many choices. My husband enjoyed the fresh eggs and bs on and we both liked the fresh fruit , granola and wonderful breads. It was an exceptional hotel with staff who earnestly Addis you with absolutely anything!!

    Friendly staff that went out of their way to help. Excellent amenities, breakfast, toilet facilities, large terrace, good restaurant (Schaferstube) with excellent Chateaubriand, nice pool, workout area and spa.
    I was on floor 1. I wish I had booked a higher floor for a better view of the Matterhorn.
