    Excellent locaton with free coffee & croissant
    This hotel is excellent value for money. It's only a 9-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and has a major tram station in front of it. They also have a coffee machine and croissants available for free 24x7. You can use the wide common space in the lobby to enjoy them. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff is helpful. This is a 10/10 hotel.

    Great location, but with some improvements could've been perfect
    Great location, right next to the old city center, Staff are friendly. The transparent shower is amazing.
    The cleanliness is not the best ( I found long pieces of human hair here and there ) and the floor needs more cleaning. The TVs are ancient and the pillows were not comfy at all

    Great comfortable stay, friendly staff and free breakfast croissants!
    Great location, friendly staff, clean and eclectic styling. The free breakfast croissants and coffee is a great touch!
    After the wow factor, the bath tub shaped like a high heel shoe got a bit annoying as it took up room space. There was very little side table room next to the bed. No in room coffee facilities but coffee (lattes, Cappuccino and hot chocolate) from the machine on the ground floor was available for free all day and, it was good coffee so I didnt mind the minor inconvenience. Other than that, no other niggles.
