Very good

Not value for money which i had spent

Overall cleanness is quite good

1) Location is extremely remote from Munnar town. Very difficult to locate the resort as my mobile signal is completely down. There is no board or assistance to find a way to resort. 2) Food option for dinner was quite limited and i have no option to get the food from outside.

Exceptional

The place was just amazing. The Staff went way beyond our expectations to help whenever needed esp preparing and making sure food is ready n packed fir a 6am trip, places to visit n hiring resp professionals to name a few. Special shout out to Santosh. Amazing vacation and experience with you guys. Keep up the great work.

Superb

We had a great vacation and stayed in Misty Garden resort with family. My kid enjoyed the stay a lot with the Safari, pool and play area. The food was good and my only suggestion would be definitely food options, they can add more dish varieties. The rooms were good and pleasant. We enjoyed their service, they were all very kind and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful night campfire with music. Kudos to the misty team.
