Not value for money which i had spent

Overall cleanness is quite good

1) Location is extremely remote from Munnar town. Very difficult to locate the resort as my mobile signal is completely down. There is no board or assistance to find a way to resort. 2) Food option for dinner was quite limited and i have no option to get the food from outside.

The place was just amazing. The Staff went way beyond our expectations to help whenever needed esp preparing and making sure food is ready n packed fir a 6am trip, places to visit n hiring resp professionals to name a few. Special shout out to Santosh. Amazing vacation and experience with you guys. Keep up the great work.

We had a great vacation and stayed in Misty Garden resort with family. My kid enjoyed the stay a lot with the Safari, pool and play area. The food was good and my only suggestion would be definitely food options, they can add more dish varieties. The rooms were good and pleasant. We enjoyed their service, they were all very kind and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful night campfire with music. Kudos to the misty team.

Overall, completely disappointed with our stay. We planned for a comfortable and pleasant vacation but turned out to a d

Nothing at all. Only food was okay! Stayed for 3 nights, paid Rs.9000/- per night, still the room was not air conditioned and the staffs response to change the room was unpleasant. No andriod TV which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

Outside food was not allowed and dinner room service wasn't provided. Only buffet system for continuous 2 nights, which was an average quality and charged us more. We booked through the pay-at-hotel option through booking.com, but the hotel people continuously insisted us to pay before the stay for the room confirmation. We have to pay before which was violating the booking.com policy and no certain assistance was provided by the customer care service.

Simply amazing accomodation in a mesmerizing location

We had an amazing stay at Treebo Trend Misty Garden Resort. Staff were very accommodative and went above and beyond to made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic. Jeep trekking experience is a must to try and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Even thought the resort location is little out of city, we found its perfect to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and staff will organise transport wherever needed. Highly recommended.
