The breakfast has a lot if choices and costs only 9.50, it offers really good value for money! And the staff is very friendly on top of this.

The hotel is slightly oldfashioned but this is part of the experience and explains the price

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I complained as soon as we arrived that the fridge was filthy, it had a yogurt in it dated 13/11/23, we arrived 25/11/23 (12 days out of date), there was hair in the fridge and mucky, the outside was mingging. A cup had tea/coffee stains on the outside, the condiment pot had loose dried brown sugar in it. There was a scarf tied to the balcony, the soap dispenser was completely empty. The receptionist said he would get it sorted. We went out for the day, when we arrived back late evening, nothing had been done, the receptionist gave me a tiny bar of soap out of the cupboard, I complained again and asked to speak to the manager, he wasnt available, we went out the next days and was told it would all be sorted, on our return the soap dispenser had been filled but the fridge hadnt been cleaned and the scarf was still tied to the balcony. A plata of fruit and one small bottle of water was left for 2, not impressed at all, very poor service. On checking out I explained everything to a different receptionist, he didnt care at all, he put a bar bill in front of me, I said it wasnt ours, he said yes it is, look I asked when it was for and he tapped his finger on the date without saying anything, SO RUDE, it said 24/11/23, I said we arrived 25/11/23, he said dont worry about it, Ill sort it for you, he said it like he was doing us a favour, cheek of him! On one of our evenings I asked for a Pina Colada, I was given a glass of ice, white rum and orange juice - the lady had obviously been off work the day the cocktail course was held
