Decent hotel but staff was rude

Great location, comfortable beds, clean

We asked if we could have a short extension on check out time (night before was new year's eve), and were told no. This is ok - that's why we asked. But it was the way the person said it. "You need to be out right at 11. If it's 11:01, you'll be charged an extra night, and we're gonna check". Very rude. I am a Hilton Honors member and do not expect to be treated like that. If management reads this, give your folks some training on how to be kind to loyal customers.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, terrible service (especially look for checkout invoice overchanges)

location and good price to quality ratio. Overall nice place and reasonably priced hotel

If you do not have a car, nor use parking in hotel, do not be surprised to be charge with parking fee (52$ per night). There are plenty of option around (one block distance) for 15-20$ per night. Mistakes can happen, but if Hilton employee claims that he cannot correct mistakes (overcharges) on invoice and promise to deliver correction over mail, please do not believe at all (wait till he makes it possible). I am in situation that corrected invoice was not sent in last 7 days at all, overcharged payment was settle on my Credit Card and in promised 3-5 days, nor mail with correct invoice nor refund was made. Problem was reported to my bank to solve it as all my options to make it right failed.

Exceptional

Better than expected and the price was really nice

Convenient location. Nice facilities. The lobby was fun and had a lot of areas to chill out in. The continental breakfast was much better than expected. Bacon and biscuits the first morning. Breakfast burritos the second two mornings. Then toast , bagels, eggs, potatoes, pancakes all 3 days. Pleasantly surprised. Within walking distance to everything downtown Denver has to offer. Would stay here again.

The 2 peloton bikes in the work out room which had the peloton clips werent working properly. Was asking to be registered and you could not use your own log on for some reason.

Great location, clean and comfortable stay!

Great location, central to everything in Downtown. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff. The facilities namely the gym and laundry services were good. We had a lovely stay.
