Guide information for TV not available Room felt like it was set up for one person. Even with king bed. Only one chair - someone had to sit on the bed Had to relocate a lamp so one person could read while the other slept

The way the soap dispenser are placed.

The room didn't have a microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket, closet, drawers, etc. The refrigerator was as small as a safe deposit box. I booked this room from Charleston, coming to be with my children and grandchildren for the holidays. I stayed for 4 nights and should've been accommodated with the items I listed above. Instead of having free wifi, which was included, I had to become a member just to get it.

We arrived to check in around 9pm and NO ONE was there . We called - rang the bell - for over 15 minutes NO ONE - finally a lady comes walking through the front door of the lobby and came walking behind the desk and announced she was trying to go get some food . SO SHE HAD LEFT TGE PROPERTY. And there was no other employee on premises! I have NEVER had that happen!!! Got in room and there was baby powder all over the floor - not clean!!! I called back to desk to see about moving rooms NO ONE was there . She had left again!!

Stranded far from home with our kids in the car late at night.

When we arrived at 10pm with our small children asleep in the car, the staff told us they had no rooms available for us, despite us having a confirmed booking. They didnt offer an explanation, didnt call us to let us know we needed to find a different accommodation prior to our 10pm arrival for the night, and as a result we were left scrambling to find a safe place for our children to sleep in a city far from home. Again, our booking was confirmed multiple times.
