    Excellent location and great experience.
    The staff were very helpful and greeted every time you were in contact with them.
    The on the go refrigerator at the reception should have cold refreshments.

    The Beach and Seaview was amazing and the breakfast and dinner wasn't bad. Their Christmas dinner was amazing in terms of the food but the band dragged down the event. The beach bar had great service the staff were responsive. I think there was some really great things about the hotel but they were inconsistencies in service for a 5 star hotel
    The Food at lunch at the grill house restaurant was very basic and limited while the pool bar service was terrible. However, the supervisor was responsive to our concerns. The public bathrooms cleanliness needs some improvement, they generally smelled bad and the ventilation was limited.

    Some of the staff was very nice.
    They didnt have enough beach towels. For the price I that we paid we thought access to the amenities will be available. They didnt have towels every time I went to look for first time I let it go. But when the second time it happened I had to threaten to talk to the manager to get one.

    The staff here was very friendly. They have a wide variety of food, which makes it easy to find something to your liking. They also have live entertainment every evening which is nice to look forward to and a plus plus the resort looks lovely and is very scenic.
    The beach here is a bit of a disappointment, would also have loved more options to the one main pool which tends to be overcrowded.

    The location and infrastructure feels like youre in heaven on earth.
    The stairs are quite intimidating and tiring especially in the heat or after a day of eating and leisure.

    Variety of food.
    The distance from the rooms to the restaurants, beach and bar. The long stairs is a no for me. Secondly there were too many locals on the beach. We couldn't enjoy the beach freely without being approached by several locals. The hotel needs to control access to their beach so guest can feel comfortable around the beach.

    Nice relaxing week with exceptional staff.
    The property was big but didnt feel big or crowded even though it was fully booked. Food was fine but not exceptional, but definitely good for an all inclusive formula. The pool was nice and the property was well maintained.
    We initially got a room with a connecting door. Of course the door was locked but we could hear everything from our neighbors, even the snoring at night. Lucky the staff was most helpful in getting us another other room. If you can request a room on the second floor so you dont hear your upstairs neighbors leave at 4 am for their flight.
