Excellent hotel in a great location with staff to match. Very clean.
The location was perfect to walk into the city or use the metro. The staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice of hot and cold including fruit and yoghurts.

Not a five star hotel. Definitely not worth the money, book somewhere else, you would save yourself from the disappointm
Location, complimentary champagne and fruit( even though these had been left out for hours before our arrival)
It was a disappointment especially it was our honeymoon. Bedroom no view, musty smell in the room, curtains missing hooks therefore defeat the purpose of blackout curtain., complimentary water had mould on the bottleneck and cap. Small room, breakfast not worth it, cold pancakes, dry patisseries, hot breakfast served cold, last day of trip forfeited breakfast and ate elsewhere. Too many staff during breakfast loitering around,

The bar was closed when we arrived at 2:15 pm.... we stood their for nealy 10 mins with the staff watching and looking at us.... they couldnt even say to us that the bar was closed. I had to ask... As a 5 star hotel this is not what i would expect. We ended up going down to the the Sofitel and had a great drink.
There was no champange at this hotel, only sparkling wine.
On top of that, we found a random pill in the bed, so it clearly wasnt cleaned properly and was disgusting. We are just lucky we didnt have kids with us, as that could have ended up in a disaster.
