    About This Property

    On 200 metres of sandy beach and direct in the Watamu National Marine Park, Turtle Bay is one of Kenya’s most extensive all inclusive hotels. Set in ten acres of tropically gardens, the hotel has 145 (Read More) rooms, three restaurants, three bars, conference centre, excursion desk, activity pool, quiet pool (adults only), children’s pool and Turtle Bay Dive and Watersport Center. Club rooms have a separate bath/shower, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, a complete mosquito proof sleeping area, telephone, TV, hairdryer and balcony or terrace. Safe deposit box, tea and coffee facilities. Double and a single bed and some have interconnecting doors. All meals are included breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks from 2-6pm, 4pm pan cakes, buffet style and oven-fresh pizzas. All inclusive soft drinks, selected wines, cocktails, spirits and beer up to 12.30 midnight The hotel includes a fully supervised kids club for 4-12 years. Open daily. Baby-sitting service available at extra charge. Entertainment day time and discos at night. The Turtle Bay Dive (Padi) and Watersport Center offers daily a variety of watersports from snorkeling, boogie boards, windsurfing trials, canoes/kayaks, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards to a free scuba diving trial in the pool. Advanced windsurfing equipment and popular windsurfing are available at an extra charge. Excellent scuba dives in the Marine Park and coral reefs. Night dives available. Explore local attractions such as Gede Ruins, Arabuko-Sokoke Forest or go for dolphin watching or deep sea fishing. Enjoy Turtle Bay’s dhow trips on the Mida Creek, a place well known for its birdlife for a sundowner or relax on board viewing the sunset with delicious snacks and drinks.     Enjoyed every moment. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
    I travelled alone, I was on a fast but enjoyed my evening meals ..especially the grilled fish and variety of sauces. Evening entertainment...but did not join the disco, etc. As it was couple or family centre Ted a single people soon stands out. I loved my room the breeze in the night, being abel to connect with nature day and night was amazing time out for me. I had amazing guide- mbaraza..very helpful. Short stay but will return one day
    The lizard ...not being abel to go see the dolphin's because there were nor enough people..what does a solo traveller do??

    Excellent stay. Would come again.
    Delicious food - buffets were great. Location was nice. We went at a point where the sea was full of seaweed, but there was plenty to keep us occupied on the resort.
    Breakfast could have had a bit more variety between the days. Things I would have liked for breakfast: waffles, hashbrowns, stirfried vegetables. Kids club was less busy but that's probably because we didn't go during holidays. Needed a bit more clarity about the different "restaurants" - even the staff themselves couldn't give me clear information about the "snack bar" and what time it was available and what was on offer.

    Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Bay resort.
    This was our second stay in Turtle Bay Resort and we were very happy with everything. Food is so delicious and fresh with a lot of new choices to try every day. Big variety of vegetarian options and also cocktails at the bar. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked that there is a second swimming pool that is quiet and without kids. We tried the massaging studio and I can highly recommend it. Also booked the blue safari through the hotel and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend visiting the hotel and the area.
    Nothing to dislike. I would love to come back again.

    Staff were wonderfully attentive , room very clean, grounds beautiful, clean swimming pool and wonderful location right on the beach. Very helpful staff and very child friendly. We would definitely consider returning.
