Once the balconies are finished, your resort will be exceptional

I liked everything, the staff was very helpful when my birthday balloons floated to the top of the 20 foot ceiling. Whatever we asked for, we were able to receive. The staff was very helpful

value, location, check-in, customer service. Would stay again if in the area.

Walking to my room alone, at 11:30pm when security was in the main lobby when I checked in. Opened the door to let me out to go to my room and told me he would be around. I had to walk thru a garage that smelled like weed, alone, with luggage and an aircast on my foot. I maneuvered ok, but would have been welcomed to have security at least walk me through the garage to the elevator. Could not get the fireplace to work nor could I access the "source" option on the tvs with the tv remotes. Therefore, I could not access my travel sticks for entertainment. Otherwise, the stay was great.

I like how it was like an little apartment, I thought it was just perfect for an little getaway.

The closet door was kind of messed up but overall I found everything wonderful.

Long walk to room, old outdated rooms

I booked the room 5 months in advance and I got stuck in a room that we had to lug our stuff so far it was absolutely ridiculous. The property was dirty and trash everywhere Never coming back

Joint room was unlocked and we didnt feel entirely safe. The bathroom tiles were cracked and harmful to our feet. Poor lighting.

I love the layout of the resort everything was lovely me and my husband will be back .I loved the the room and the bathroom was awesome.

Only thing I didn't like the balcony was not operable and the pillows on the bed was not comfortable
