    Broken bed, dirty dishes, staind pillow, beds were messy, trash left behind, sunken sofa, dirty pool

    Everything was great except the 10am check out time!!!
    everything except for 10am checkout time which is way too early.
    The check out time with Vacasa is too damn early! 10am is way too early.

    The house was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipted
    The check in process was awful, we were supposed to receive an email with full address details and the code to access the property, but we didnt receive this until almost 22 hours after the check in time, we had to call the property agent to obtain the code, which we finally got after three phone calls and being placed on hold for over 15 mins

    only thing I didnt like was when I opened up the sofa sleeper there was rat droppings and the other thing is we couldnt use the garage
