Disappointing

Not worth the trip at all

The rooms were very nice and upscale. Very clean. The hotel was very clean and very nice. Bed was very comfortable and the room was easily climate controlled.

This "resort" is out in the middle of nowhere. As it sits 20 miles or so east of Flagstaff out along a freeway. Nothing nearby at all. Given the location, this "resort" must be all encompassing. However it was not. The casino was very small and the table games were closed for two days (Dec 26 & 27) because of days off being switched around because of Christmas falling on a Monday this year. The buffet line was VERY long and we waited for 50 minutes for a seat at the Sports bar restaurant. Once seated it was another 45 minutes to actually get our entrees. The waiter rolled his eyes when asked for silverware! The restaurant was short staffed as tables sat with dirty dishes while patrons waited to be seated. Not good. Also, during the morning the espresso machine was broken in the coffee shop. The hotel portion of this property seems to be managed well. The rest of this place is very poorly managed. When I call this place a "resort" its a stretch. It should be only considered as a last resort.

Kept hearing noise .. like a window or door sounding off throughout the night coming from next door room or room above us.
