The rooms are old, to be honest. But overall not bad.

Daily cleaning, work zone

When we came to clean up we left bottled water. When we checked out, we were told it was for a fee. But there was no mention of it anywhere. Another thing, we paid 1350$ for 3 weeks stay. And we were asked for a $200 deposit. It was very strange and for the first time. Failed to connect my laptop to the TV via hdmi wire (I had it with me). TV doesnt support.

One disappointment at a time

The location is not that bad if you take bikes to go somewhere.

Everything else screams "get out" Towel not clean - brown mark Smell in the kitchen Hair in shower Room very noisy, you would have hard time to sleep as you can hear every single car and motorbike on the road No hot water for 2 days and they forgot to take care of it after the first call, I had to go down and complain physically to get it resolve within the day Drilling and renovation work noise at 9am on the 26th of December. They advertise a great basketball court, squash court ...etc the equipment is more than suffering from its age, and it is close half of the time. The staff at the reception were not friendlyat all Overcharging for guest that stay 1 hour in the room before going out for dinner, without telling or informing the client, when mentioned that to the reception they keep saying that I agreed with the receptionist while I never talk to them about it. The manager was extremely antipathic and unconcern, just wanted to get more money.at the end she started to be annoyed and almost aggressive. The overall service is very bad, you should definitely avoid this place, I have been working and traveling in Bangkok for the past 2 years, staying in a multitude of hotel, this is the first time I experience such a poor behavior. I will never go back there again,
