Exceptional

Great for a short stay

Great value for money, simple and clean hotel in a good location for a very affordable price. Coffee was not provided inside the bedroom but we could get it for free in the breakfast area. Nice and helpful staff.

Not really soundproof so we could hear noise from the street and the TV from the nearest room.

Overall nice stay except for these little issues which could have easily been fixed if given some attention

Good location close to clubs, restaurants and sea. Staff were super friendly too.

Bed is not a double bed but 2 singles put together. For the first night, the bed sheets were prepared for 2 single beds but fixed for the second night after advising reception (who were very helpful). Central heating was too hot - the single-room AC, as mentioned in the room description, was Locked. Thin walls - could hear footstep in the corridor and another couple whose room was overlooking the bars complained of loud noise all night and couldnt sleep. Shower cubicles sliding doors were stuck - had to fix the wheels myself.

Disappointing

The receptionist cheska deocampo was excellent really made us feel welcome. Customer service was excellent

Location was great for nightlife but not for restaurants and fine dining.

We where a couple and the beds kept separating, also they wasnt that comfortable, also the shower leaked each time we used it.

Location was good, Staff was nice

Hotel is a bit ancient and would need some maintenance, especially the bathroom part: the shower was leaking from the bottom (several places) but also from the shower head. The heating didnt work so a staff member showed me how to restart it every time. If youre a light sleeper, consider taking earplugs and a sleeping mask : there a 2 green lights constantly lighting in the room & you hear the other rooms when they are talking / moving something. Nothing the hotel can do about but just warning you. I was also disappointed that the upstairs terrace / pool was closed. I understand that it was not the season but I would still have enjoyed sitting on the terrace at least.
