    Normal hotel in a good position
    Staff al the front desk was very kind and helpful, especially Sofia who helped us to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was good.
    The hotel looked very fancy but was not practical at all. Our first room was really dark, we couldnt open the curtains without being seen even if we booked a room with a terrace. Some of the staff at breakfast was amazing someone was totally careless.

    Convenient location for sightseeing and walking exercise (20-30 min walk to the city centre), nice view from the hotel window, good international breakfast offer, fast WiFi included in the room price, swimming pool included in the price (not used), quiet room, comfy bed, air con, good international cable TV, kettle + teas + instant coffees in the room, daily room cleaning service,
    No daily supply of mineral water for the room- we received only one 1.5.l bottle on the day of arrival

    Perfect stay to discover the island.
    The location: close to supermarkets, bus stops en shops. Private parking at the hotel. A must as parking space is limited in the area. The room: spacious with a nice balcony. The swimming pool and relax area on the rooftop. Breakfast was okay, basic and with all the essentials. For a stay of a week it may lack variety.
    The flat pillows. We did kindly receive another set after mentioning it to the staff, but it did not did the trick. But this is a personal preference. The bathroom was not very clean. It needed a full clean. Although the staff was kind and very hardworking.

    Great location near restaurants and bus ride to old town
    Very noisy on most nights from either sports teams or street traffic. Also all night mens club across the way and seem to be outside smoking and talking loudly all night.

    Not 4star as we know it.
    Our stay coincided with a birthday & wedding anniversary & we received a bottle of bubbly in our room on both dates - a nice touch. Good location
    Breakfast very disappointing, luke warm & overcooked, plus cold plates. We were on first breakfast sitting at 8am, so one would have expected freshly cooked food. Coffee self service from pots, on two occasions they were empty & so was the milk. There were only 4 or 5 tables occupied at those times, so can't imagine what it would have been like if more guests were coming in for breakfast. Bathroom was poor, black mould in tile grout, floor tiles as well. Plastic shower curtain, cheap shower head, and toilet paper gossamer thin - went out & bought our own. Did comment to reception that we were expecting the lovely shower room as shown on booking.com site, but we were told that only 4 rooms had them & were in deluxe rooms only. There is no way this was 4star. Site shows balconies with table & chairs to enjoy sea view - we didn't have any. Reception area very smart & modern, shame the Superior rated room we booked was nowhere near the same standard. Rooftop bar not open.
