Relaxing and comfortable

The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable. There's a small and very pretty garden attached and more greenery facing the villa, lovely to sit in the front porch and admire the view. Functional kitchen, but only salt and pepper is provided, you have to buy everything else. Comfortable beds, very large. There are two swimming pools that you can use, though when we went the water wasn't very clean. Beach, as advertised, is close by.

Washing machine worked but was temperamental. There was interruption in the wi-fi and the air conditioner stopped working for some time (not a power cut). The host was very prompt in getting these two issues seen to and fixed. For food, you have to cook, go out, or order in. There's no attached restaurant or club house as this is a villa in a residential community, not a resort per se. Restaurants are nearby, but you have to walk at least 5 minutes.

The great property is great, but do not book ROMILA instead try a book another property here.

The property outside of Romila was excellent but the Villa was a bummer and most of credit goes to the lousy owner.

The day of check in we happened to reach at 6am instead of 9am. Owner does not care if you drove down 10 hrs with 2 kids and need the place to rest. Finally we did get the key to the property with all her grumpiness. The house being mopped in a tshirt and black as can be, The toilet was quiet poor and not clean, Furniture flimsy as can be, owner seems to think for the cost of the Villa this must be accepted. Frog jumped out of the commode and moved all over the toilet and you must accept this, Plastic chairs left in the Sun if they break logically its your problem not the dumb owner. Overall you would be crazy to spend good money on a lousy villa like this where the owner just wants to make the money. Mind you on the last day if the bed is untidy, floor with papers and sink has vessels then owner will message you and keep bothering you to tell you the Villa was left filthy. House keeping happens every 2nd day and guess what the Vessels are your problem not the maid? Owner must learn what house keeping means. Common sense is missing and who cleans up a Villa on check out date ? Book the other villas in the same property better quality and polite owners. I did check a few out and the house a 100% better than this. Owner will call and bother you if you rate them low. So why go thru this nightmare that I did. I had to escalate this to Booking.com and I was heard.
