We very much miss our life at the Villa days in a truly beautiful piece of Tuscany!

This property was magical for us, from the stately opening of the starred iron gate to the magnificent grounds and winding drive. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here with our children and grandchildren. The high ceilings, casement windows, marble stairs, spacious rooms, and very modern and large baths and, of course, the pool all provided us the celebratory vacation of a life time. Most of all we valued the care and kindnesses of our hosts, Alessia and Barbara and their mother.

The property was wonderful. However, we visited during the hottest week recorded on our planet!!! Fortunately, the villas very high ceilings, the stone construction, the large windows most of which were screened or netted to let in cooler night air, and the fans in every room made those very hot days bearable. As did the lovely private pool and the well-shaded grounds.
