    Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay at Villa De Ocean, Pondicherry. Over priced . Review: I recently stayed at Villa De Ocean in Pondicherry and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression on my trip. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the upkeep of the property was neglected. The room was dirty and a musty odor. It was far from the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere I expected. Furthermore, the staff at Villa De Ocean showed little regard for addressing my concerns. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in providing any sort of resolution. It was frustrating and left me feeling ignored throughout my stay. This disappointing experience greatly impacted my overall enjoyment of my visit to Pondicherry. I had such high hopes for Villa De Ocean, but unfortunately, it fell significantly short of my expectations. I sincerely hope that Villa De Ocean management takes these criticisms seriously and works towards improving their facilities and customer service.     The room was very good and comfortable. . The pool area was nice.
    The entrance and lobby is poorly arranged and does not look like a hotel at all. The quality of food was poor and the reteraunt had hardly any staff. . Needs improvement.

    Location is spot on!
    The staff is excessively rude and unfriendly. They fail to acknowledge requests when booking, and instead, they literally push you out. Although they agree over the phone, they request acknowledgment as they hurry you to leave. I had requested a late checkout until 1 pm just an hour extra. Restaurant is food is expensive and tasteless
