    Location, Staff behavior and food.
    Room service was fine but the food wasn't cooked properly. We ordered kadai veg.

    Super nicely furnished and decorated hotel, close to many restaurants and bars and close to the beach. My room had a cute balcony
    It was quite noisy in the night. Could be though that this was just my room which was facing the streets (dogs barking half of the night) and was first floor. Was woken up by the staff the first night at 6:30 as the hallway is open and therefore noisy. Wore war plugs the other nights which helped a bit.

    Overall stay is good and had a nice time with my family
    Location is good and excellent people at the reception. Good pool side restaurant and clean maintenance
    Too costly and definitely its not value for money. Average breakfast and the menu items are way too costly

    The room and the pool were clean and good. The staff were very friendly. They mostly serve european and north indian cuisine which were delicious.
    Choose to walk around as the whole neighborhood is crowded and hard to find a parking space exactly near the premises. They have a separate parking space in 300 to 400 ms. Also they dont have south indian options for lunch and dinner which was an issue for my rice and idly loving husband. But you can find places nearby.

    Wonderful week in Pondy at Petit Palais!
    We loved this boutique hotel. We stayed Sunday-Thursday and we didnt see any other hotel guests during our stay-felt like we had the place to ourselves. The ambiance was really relaxing and tropical. The rooftop pool was super helpful during the heat of the day & it was super clean. We loved that it was in a quiet part of the neighborhood and waking distance to many cute cafes, restaurants etc. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the room was super cold -much appreciated with the Pondy heat! We loved how clean it was. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel!

    poor wifi signal throughout the hotel. Reception staff not helpful when asked for travel advice re Auroville. Too expensive for what it is. Poor value for money
